Dr. Donna Wilcox knew at just six years old that she wanted to become a physician. That lifelong calling led her to open Delran Family Practice in Delran, New Jersey, where for more than 20 years she cared for families throughout South Jersey as a dedicated mother of five and trusted primary care physician.

In 2004, while still practicing family medicine, Dr. Wilcox introduced aesthetic technology to her medical practice by adding a Cutera laser, inspired by the idea that women deserve to feel not only healthy—but confident, vibrant, and beautiful at every stage of life.

By 2006, Dr. Wilcox transitioned from full-time family medicine to focus on her passion for beauty, health, and nutrition. She partnered with Dr. Anudeep Momi to open Anu Medical Spa, which quickly became one of the most respected medical spas in the South Jersey region.

In September 2011, she took the next step in her journey—launching A Medical Spa at Rizzieri, aligning with the well-established Rizzieri Salon & Spa to deliver a higher level of physician-led aesthetic care. This partnership allowed her to expand her mission of helping patients look, feel, and live their best lives.

Education has always been at the heart of Dr. Wilcox’s work. In 2013, she founded the Integrative Medical Aesthetics Program of New Jersey, a comprehensive training program for licensed skin care specialists, nurses, physician assistants, and advanced practice nurses seeking to enter the field of medical aesthetics with clinical excellence and confidence.

In 2014, A Medical Spa and Rizzieri Salon & Spa moved into their brand-new home at the revitalized Moorestown Mall in Moorestown, NJ, marking a new chapter of growth and innovation.

A True Family Affair

Today, Dr. Donna Wilcox practices alongside her son, Dr. Demetri Karanzalis, and her daughter, Dr. Kristina Siliunas—a true family legacy built on integrity, innovation, and heartfelt care.

After 14 years in business, our name is changing from A Medical Spa located next to Rizzieri Salon to DDK Med Spa™ – a name that tells the story of our past, present, and future. Same location, same providers, same services — with a clearer identity and a stronger vision for what’s next.

DDK represents:

• Dr. Donna, the founder and mother, who began this journey and built our foundation of care and excellence.
• Dr. Donna, Dr. Demetri, and Dr. Kristina —the present team carrying that vision forward.
• Dr. Demetri and Dr. Kristina— Dr. Donna’s children and the future leaders who will continue to grow and innovate our services for years to come.
