After more than 14 years in business, our name is changing from A Medical Spa at Rizzieri to DDK Med Spa™ — a name that tells the story of our past, present, and future.

DDK represents Dr. Donna Wilcox, Dr. Demetri Karanzalis, and Dr. Kristina Siliunas.
Dr. Donna Wilcox founded the practice and built its foundation of care, excellence, and conservative medical aesthetics. Today, Dr. Donna, Dr. Demetri, and Dr. Kristina carry that vision forward. Dr. Demetri and Dr. Kristina, Dr. Donna’s children, represent the future leadership of the practice and will continue to grow and refine our services for years to come.
